Hi! I'm Rochelle, otherwise known as Ro, and this is my blog! I'm a wife, a mother to an adorable little girl, and "artist". I use the word "artist" conservatively, because I feel like I should have my work hanging in galleries to fully earn the official "Artist" title. I do have a bachelor's in painting and minor in scultpure - so artsy, yes, I am that. Creative? Definitely. But Artist? Um, I'll let you be the judge of that!
I decided to create this blog to document how I am turning our current House into our Home. Everyone has been telling me for years that I need to be an interior decorator, or I should really be doing "this" for a living. But since noone has been knocking down my door asking to hire me to do such things, I'm perfectly content in sharing my love, my passions, my creativity with you.
Now I do have experience with woord working, welding, painting, drawing, and sculpting - but I must admit, the majority of my "man power" comes from, well, my man! My hubs is extremely talented and most importantly, WILLING to saw, staple, nail, tear apart, and re-build just about anything I ask him to (assuming, of course, he can follow my vision and agrees!!).
